Keep your Frost Mate ready for whatever the day brings.

Care requirements can vary by product, lid, and finish. Always follow the instructions supplied with your item. If they differ from this general guide, the product-specific instructions take priority.

Before your first use

Wash the parts intended to come into contact with your drink using warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry.

Check the product instructions before removing seals or taking apart any lid components.

Your everyday clean

For routine cleaning, use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or bottle brush.

Clean after each use, especially after drinks containing milk, sugar, or other ingredients that can leave residue. Rinse thoroughly and let all washable parts dry completely before reassembling.

Give lids and straws a little extra attention

If your model includes a reusable straw, clean the inside with a suitable straw brush.

Clean around lid openings and accessible seals. Only remove parts designed to be removable, and refit them according to your product’s instructions.

Protect the finish

Avoid steel wool, abrasive pads, and harsh cleaners that may scratch or damage the surface.

Do not place your Frost Mate in a microwave, oven, or freezer unless the product instructions explicitly allow it.

Dishwasher or hand wash?

Do not assume that every Frost Mate product or component is dishwasher safe.

Follow the care instructions for your specific model. If dishwasher compatibility is not stated, hand wash and contact us before using a dishwasher.

Let it dry before putting it away

Store your clean drinkware with the lid off when practical, allowing air to circulate.

Avoid leaving unfinished drinks inside for extended periods.

Use the right product for your drink

Only use hot liquids, carbonated drinks, or other beverages where your model’s instructions permit them. Do not assume every lid is leakproof or suitable for carrying inside a bag.
